1.Applications:
It is Self-traveling crawler underground jumbo; It has double power mechanism, and can drive hydraulic system by diesel engine, to move the overall unit; can also drive hydraulic system by motor drive to make host move forward and backward, turning and drill arm up and down, rotary machine slew, move forward and backward, and grabbed the jack-up. This machine is used in underground to drill scallop holes, tilting holes and annular blast holes exploring water holes.
2.Performance situation
UBS100UD DTH rig is absorbing and introducing the advanced mining equipment technology from abroad; with in-depth understanding of the tunneling of the underground mining, combining structure character of Ingersoll rand, atlas and other advanced rigs, we designed this underground drilling jumbo.
In order to adapt the underground working environment, its main power system has reliable double drive system; when the distance is long, it can drive main hydraulic system by diesel engine, to make host walk, move forward and backward and turning, and drag the air compressor, which avoid trifles brought by motor-driven.
This machine adopts the high quality steels, advanced design and welding technology, which improves the stability and high reliability of the machine; the main hydraulic system adopts the imported components, which also improves the high reliability.
Walk part adopts the crawler walk structure; walk motor reducer and brake all adopt hydraulic drive, which improves the lifetime, and solve the stability of the overall unit.
Rotary organization adopts hydraulic motor drive, running with speed stepless changing, low noise, and large torque; DTH hammer adopt the most advanced high wind pressure impactor, its high quality bit makes high drilling efficiency, improving drilling depth, and can drill holes of different diameter.
Wet dedusting system makes slag discharge without dust, which improves work environment and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
The machine set the cockpit, which makes workers operate easily, and strengthen the safety protection.
From the application of the overall unit and comparison with the domestic and international drills, it has high performance/price ratio.
