The
core of imported Poly Crystal mold, is a kind of supper thin
and average granule formed by high temperature and press and
then crystallized, which can ensure the anti-round degree and
high fineness surface, long drawing-wire life. It is hard to
appear the phenomenon of mold abrade and flat wire in a long
term in the drawing process.
We recommend to produce finished-products mold of small, medium
and large linear material, high speed wire-drawing mold, high
compress rate mold, linear material with tight tolerance and
high fineness degree mold.
Averagely, its life is three or five times than diamond, two
times than high crystal mold, ten or twenty times than hard
alloy mold.
